Appointments must be honored regardless of whether the student arrives late or is a no-show. Latecomers have to pay the full fee for the scheduled time. Appointments can be canceled with corresponding fees.

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time is free of charge. A cancellation fee of 30$ will be charged, otherwise. The no-show fee is equal to the rate times the no. of scheduled hours. Cancellation fees can only be waivered with valid reasons (i.e. emergencies).

Payment has to be done right after or before the session. You can pay via PayPal or cash. See more info here.

Rate change only applies to new students.

A full refund for consumable hours can only be claimed after 30 days of the payment. The hours spent will be rated with the full price. Money back guarantee is only applicable for the first hour of tutoring.
